I confess that with regards to work-related stress I am an enigma to myself. In times that should be stressful, I sometimes feel no stress at all. Yet I often feel the familiar signs of stress by the cumulation of issues that really aren’t that important. I decided on this topic at the beginning of last week when I suddenly and unexpectedly felt the familiar knot in my stomach. If I get stressed when I shouldn’t and don’t get stressed when I should, is there a lesson there for me to help reduce work-related stress completely and could it be helpful for others?
